Live Auction Committee
before the event
Committee is in charge of procuring, with the help of the greater committee, auction items both small and large to make Live Auction Packages
Silent Auction Committee
before the event
Committee is in charge, procuring and picking up auction items to make Silent Auction Packages
Auction Solicitations Committee
before the event
Committee is in charge contacting companies to follow up on solicitation letters and securing donations
Silent Auction Packaging and Set Up Committee
before the event
Committee is in charge of packaging packages, photographing packages for the online silent auction, and setting up the silent auction
Cosgriff Made Committee
before the event
Committee is in charge of procuring and picking up art and handmade items from our Cosgriff community members for the Silent Auction Cosgriff Made Section
Class Baskets Committee
before the event
Coordinate class basket themes and delivery of baskets with the class room reps
Party Boards Committee
before the event
Committee will help find and coordinate families to host Party Board Parties
Sponsorship Committee
before the event
Committee with help from the greater committee will find and coordinate sponsors for the event
Advertising and Program Sales Committee
before the event
Committee with help from the greater committee will find and coordinate ad sales for the events website and program
Drink Tickets Sales Committee
night of the event
Committee is in charge of selling tickets the night of Mardi Gras, for opportunity drawings, specialty opportunity drawing tickets, and drink tickets. We have some stationary purchase stations as well as sellers that wander the event floor
Opportunity Drawing Committee
before the event
Committee with help from the greater committee to find a sponsor for the student driven Opportunity Drawing and help with the updates and displays
Special Opportunity Drawing Committee
before the event
Committee with help from the greater committee find a sponsor and or an idea for a special Opportunity Drawing and help with the updates and displays
Silent Auction Kick-Off Event Committee
before the event and the day of the event
Committee will work with the greater committee to plan an at school evening event to kick off the silent auction, arrange vendors for food, drinks, set up and clean up
Decoration Committee
before the event and the day of the event
Committee will work with the greater committee to design, procure, set up and take down decorations for the event
Event Set Up Committee
before the event and the day of the event
Committee with help from the decoration committee and volunteers set up for the event
Clean-Up Crew
needed the night of, after the event and Sunday, November 27th
Committee is needed after the event to clean up and the Sunday after the event to transport equipment back to the school 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
Volunteer Coordinator
before the event
Volunteer coordinator will manage volunteers needed through the planning, set up, event, and clean up
